Ghostbusters |
| This is
an interesting ad for several reasons. The artist took a theme that was in
the mind of the public. In this case a classic movie called
Ghostbusters. A story was written around the theme. In this case, don't
let your potential customers get away or: "Don't Let This One Get Away".
It appears that the artist was smart enough to ask to see the hologram during the design process (a point to be remembered) and noted that under most lighting conditions the hologram has a teal color to it. The background color was then chosen to complement the hologram. Please see close up for more commentary. It is not possible, of course, to demonstrate the depth the hologram gives without having a physical copy to hold and move around. You can get a copy of the ad by simply ordering the publication it is in (hmp4). It removes easily from the book. The cost is inexpensive ($20) and can be ordered here. |
