The terms are net 30.

You need only provide us with the following Information:
1) Purchase order Number.
2) Ship to and Bill To address.
3) Phone number for us to contact in case of shipping problem.

Trade Returns Policy: Booksellers must have prior permission to return books. Ross Books will issue labels for returns. Credit is to be used for future purchases only. Ross Books will not give cash payments for credit memos.  Credit will be issued for 100% of net purchase with discount information, including invoice number, date, and a list of titles and quantities being returned. Returns accepted after 120 days and up to 365 days from date of invoice. Books must be in good, resalable condition or credit will be refused.
