Shipping & Return Policies

• All orders are shipped promptly upon receipt of confirmed payment.

• Books are shipped via UPS Ground (USA) or US Air Mail (international). 
  Please contact us regarding any special shipping requests or RUSH shipments.

• All prices include shipping and handling charges, which are based on a predetermined shipping weight. 

• Credit card customers ordering more than one copy of a title may receive a discount on shipping charges.

• All sales to retail customers are final.

• Trade Returns Policy: Booksellers must have prior permission to return books. Credit allowed is 100% with discount information including invoice number, date and a list of titles and quantities being returned. Resalable full copy returns accepted after 120 days and up to 12 months from date of invoice.
