Franz H. Ross is the President of Ross Books. He founded Ross Books in April of 1977. The holography community has especially benefited from his efforts. In 1982, he published what was the world's best-selling holography instruction manual The Holography Handbook - Making Holograms the Easy Way. This was the first book ever published with a mass produced embossed hologram and was widely distributed through major book clubs and bookstores. In 1989 he published the first edition of the Holography MarketPlace. The eighth edition of HMP was released in 1999. Mr. Ross holds a BA in physics from the University of California, Berkeley.
