About the Cookbook Series
We originally decided to publish The Standard Wine Cookbook and The Art of Cheese Cookery because of the interest for these titles we had encountered in wine and cheese shops. We considered making dumps for the two titles but have not yet done this. If you are interested in purchasing in quantity, we could develop something that would fit your needs along these lines.

The Whole Foods Experience and The Beginner's Guide to Meatless Casseroles, as you can imagine, are targeted at the vegetarian and whole foods market. Both books are popular and we would like to continue to build on this market. The Whole Foods Experience is designed for people that want to stop eating foods that have been heavily preserved and processed for long supermarket shelf life. People with allergies and other eating sensitivities fall in this category. The Whole foods Experience is designed as a guide for how to go about doing this, complete with recipes for everyday meals. The Beginner's Guide to Meatless Casseroles is a companion book and very popular. After going through several printings, we are low on stock for this title.
